Founded in 1999, Talenter™ is currently a brand that represents and combines a group of companies specializing in global solutions for talent management.
Talenter™ believes that people and their talents are the major differentiating factor in promoting success and competitive advantages in organizations, and for that reason, since its foundation, Talenter™ has broken loose from the traditional and economicist view of work as a productive factor.
Talent is a gift, an innate characteristic, but it is also an ability that matures over time, and identifying, developing and retaining talent is the greatest challenge for Talenter™. This is why we aim to support national and international companies in managing all or part of their most important asset: people and their talents.
At the same time, and because careers are increasingly built on multiple projects and experiences, Talenter™ has grown with the motivation to promote people’s talents, helping them develop their personal and professional skills.
Determined to offer a service that is tailor made to meet the multiple needs of the market, Talenter™ bases its actions on a sectoral specialization philosophy. Divided into five business units, corresponding to different areas of activity, Talenter™ designs solutions customized for the specific needs of each client.
Managed by a young and ambitious team, Talenter™ has an organization of about 100 employees and provides various services involving around 3,000 people/day.
Talenter™ is the result of the energy, commitment and talent of many people of different nationalities and professional qualifications. Over 10 years of activity, more than 60,000 people from about 70 nationalities and 250 professions have been associated with Talenter™.
Since 2006, Talenter™ has been ranked as one of the 1,000 largest domestic companies and is currently active throughout the country, with 13 offices in 11 of the major district capitals of the country and in Germany, with 1 office in Frankfürt.
