Daniel Marçal is the Director of the Logistics Business Area and has been part of Talenter for 1 year.

Graduated in **Communication Sciences** from Universidade Lusófona, with a specialization in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations, he soon realized he wanted to follow this path, inspired by his father’s example. Later, he complemented his education with a **Master’s in Business Management**, consolidating the foundation for a diverse career.

He has worked in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, retail, industry, and human resources, where he developed skills in strategy, commercial management, and team leadership. Experiences that gave him a comprehensive view of business and taught him to face challenges with resilience and creativity.

Today, he leads the **Logistics Business Unit of Talenter**, focusing on three areas: Strategic growth with current clients, through close relationships; Identifying new clients that ensure business sustainability; Managing an experienced and committed team, capable of responding to a sector marked by a shortage of qualified talent.

His commitment is to **position the logistics unit as a reference in the sector**, strengthening the client network and contributing to the growth of Talenter/Wellow, always with an ambitious, differentiating, and value-added vision.

Outside of work, he is a calm person who values moments with family and friends. Passionate about traveling, discovering new cultures, and cooking, he never misses a good football game.
