*Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, an area that has always sparked her interest due to its direct connection to people and organizational development. Later, she complemented her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, deepening her knowledge of human behavior and its dynamics in various contexts.*

*Professionally, she started in the Neurosurgery service at São João Hospital, where she stayed for about two years. Although this was a more clinical field, this experience was crucial for developing active listening skills, empathy, and understanding human needs in complex contexts, leaving marks that still influence her way of being and leading today.*

*The real turning point happened when she entered the Human Resources field, where she discovered her vocation and has been building a solid career over nearly two decades. She has held various roles within the area, from recruitment and selection to team management and leadership, also integrating the commercial and operational aspects. This diversity of experiences has given her a broad view of different HR processes and reinforced her conviction that this is the area where she truly excels.*

*At Talenter, she has been a key player in the company’s growth, contributing to the building of strong, motivated teams aligned with the group’s culture. The focus is clear: to enhance the brand’s attractiveness, promote talent development, and contribute to a solid, dynamic, and sustainable organizational environment.*
