Talenter has just launched the first edition of the [Civil Construction Academy](https://www.talenter.com/academia-construcao-civil/)
, an initiative that reinforces the company’s commitment to training, valuing, and qualifying its employees, preparing them for the challenges of a constantly evolving market.

## Specialized training in the construction sector

With 26 years of experience in the area that gave rise to Talenter, this academy emerges as a symbolic milestone, investing once again in what is essential: **training people to build the future**.

In this first edition, the Academy offers two theoretical courses: **Introductory Mason** and **Advanced Mason**, aimed at those seeking to evolve and specialize in this essential profession for the sector. In this first edition, the Academy is exclusively for our employees.

## 30 trainees, 80 hours of training, and CENFIC certification

The training took place between June 16 and July 31, with the participation of **30 trainees** and a total of **80 hours of learning**.  
Certification was ensured by the [CENFIC](https://www.cenfic.pt)
, a reference entity in professional training for the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, thus ensuring that all successfully completed paths provide a solid foundation of skills.

In a sector where the demand for qualified professionals continues to grow, this initiative represents a real opportunity to build sustainable careers. With an employability rate of over **95%**, Talenter believes that the Civil Construction Academy will be the foundation of solid and lasting professional trajectories.
