The year 2025 kicked off with a strategic moment for Talenter: the *Kickoff*, where we defined, together, the path for a year of growth, innovation, and humanization. The meeting took place in Rome, headquarters of the [Orienta](https://www.orienta.net/)
, partner and member of the [Eurotemps](http://www.eurotemps.eu/)
, the European consortium of Human Resources companies of which Talenter has been a part since 2019.

Over two intense days, the main departments of Talenter – **CCOP, Hospitality, Industry, Services, Logistics, Marketing & Innovation, Human Resources, Payroll, and Billing** – presented strategic plans with ambitious goals and concrete actions to make 2025 a year of great achievements. It will undoubtedly be one of the most challenging years in our history, but also an opportunity to consolidate our position in the market.

More than a strategic alignment, this *Kickoff* was a moment of sharing, reinforcement of our culture, and inspiration for the future we want to build together.
