*His role is fundamental for team motivation and operational efficiency of the organization: he ensures that employees are paid correctly and on time, promoting trust and motivation; he guarantees legal and tax compliance, preventing risks and penalties; and he contributes to the financial and operational efficiency of the company, supporting business sustainability.*
