In logistics, automation means optimizing material movement and storage flows. Thus, logistics and *supply-chain* are going through new paradigms today, where investment in new technologies, automation, movement and transportation technology, warehouse structures, and logistics has been a reality. Here, the human factor has been acquiring more and more strategic value in enabling the complete growth of companies’ logistics activities, where this should be considered an intelligent part of the organization’s capital, qualified with skills and knowledge that assist in the administration of all resources. But other challenges also arise, such as the increase in energy costs, scarcity of human resources and raw materials in the productive industry, coupled with an exponential increase in *online* purchases and the respective increase in adherents to this type of purchase, which has caused the quantity and quality demand for this type of service to skyrocket. And it is, therefore, aware of these challenges, particularly the aspect related to the human factor, that Talenter™ has already invested in 2022 in the implementation of a national Business Unit specializing in Logistics, with the aim of recruiting, selecting, and managing the various types of profiles that this sector demands, such as warehouse employees, logistics administrators, forklift drivers, distributors, drivers, among many others.
