Talenter™ is currently in the process of recruiting a Front Office Assistant Manager  (M/F/D) for our client company.

What we need:

-Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role

-Customer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer service

-Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German or French is a plus

-Careful presentation

-Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork

-Sense of responsibility and autonomy

-Excellent communication and people skills

-Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

-Knowledge in operational systems

Requisitos

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

-Be part of the opening team and guarantee a smooth and well organized operation

-Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

-Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservations

-Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism

-Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team

-Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requests

-Coordinate the inventory of the staff accommodation

-Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues

-Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests
