**Initiative passed through Porto, Carnaxide, and Algés and ends in Aveiro, reinforcing employability in key sectors of the economy.**

“In a context of high demand for professionals, bringing candidates closer to real opportunities is essential to accelerate employability and meet the current demands of the economic fabric,” says Nuno Cochicho, Chief Operations Officer of Talenter.

Talenter, a leading Portuguese company in the Human Resources sector, concluded three of the four sessions of its Open Days cycle, an initiative that has been bringing candidates closer to real job opportunities in different regions of the country.

The sessions already held in **Porto (Logistics), Carnaxide (Services), and Algés (Hospitality)** registered excellent attendance, reinforcing the importance of this in-person format in dynamizing the job market and meeting the immediate needs of companies.

The initiative concludes on the upcoming **13th of May, in Aveiro**, focusing on the Industry sector, maintaining more than **300 job vacancies** distributed across four strategic areas: Industry (+150), Hospitality, Services, and Logistics.

This volume of opportunities reflects the growing demand for operational and technical profiles in critical sectors of the national economy.

, explore career opportunities, and conduct interviews on the same day, promoting a direct and immediate connection between talent and employers.

The roles being recruited cover a wide range of profiles, including cooks, warehouse operators, maintenance technicians, salespeople, contact center operators, electricians, among others.
