Talenter has strengthened its presence in the Algarve with the opening of a new branch in Portimão and the move to new facilities in Albufeira. This investment represents another step in the company’s strategy of proximity in one of the most important regions for hospitality and tourism in Portugal.
The expansion comes at a time when the hotel sector continues to show high levels of activity and increasing demand for recruitment solutions, temporary work, and talent management. With a closer presence in the Algarve market, Talenter aims to strengthen the support provided to local companies, candidates, employees, and partners.
Hospitality is one of Talenter’s main areas of specialization, currently representing around 20 million euros in revenue, equivalent to approximately 29% of the company’s global business. With nearly 20 years of experience in the sector, Talenter has worked with some of the most prestigious hotel groups in mainland Portugal and the islands, supporting high-demand operations and contributing to addressing the challenges of a market marked by seasonality, specialization, and the constant need for qualified talent.
New facilities in Albufeira
In Albufeira, where Talenter already develops various projects in the hospitality sector, the move to new facilities will strengthen proximity to on-site teams and ensure a more agile response to recruitment and professional integration needs.
The operation aims to achieve 1.5 million euros in business volume by 2026, reflecting the region’s growth potential and the confidence clients have been placing in the company.
Currently, Talenter has over 100 job opportunities open in Albufeira, mainly for roles related to hospitality, such as first and second table attendants, first and second chefs, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff.
New branch in Portimão
The opening of the Portimão branch marks the beginning of a structured local presence in the Western Algarve. The new store will allow for closer monitoring of the region’s business reality, development of new partnerships, and creation of opportunities for sustainable growth in the hospitality sector.
For 2026, Talenter expects to achieve a business volume of 500,000 euros in this operation, reinforcing its commitment to a region with strong economic and tourism dynamism.
In Portimão, the main recruitment needs are concentrated in essential roles for hotel activity, following the demands of a sector that continues to grow and seek qualified professionals.
