Talenter launches the first edition of the Store Operator Academy, an initiative that reinforces the company’s commitment to professional qualification and the promotion of employability in the retail sector. Through practical and free training, the Academy aims to prepare new talents to meet the demands of an increasingly dynamic market focused on excellence in customer service.
Specialized training for the retail sector
The Store Operator Academy was created to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the retail sector, providing participants with a solid foundation of technical and behavioral knowledge essential for job performance.
Designed for candidates with no prior experience in the field, this free in-person training allows the development of skills in customer service, commercial space organization, merchandise replenishment, stock control, basic merchandising, and good work practices in the store.
More than just teaching a profession, the Academy seeks to prepare people to enter the job market with confidence, professionalism, and a customer-oriented attitude.
First edition in Carnaxide
The first edition of the Academy will take place between July 28 and 31 in Carnaxide, with a total of 12 hours of theoretical training, taught by Judite Resende.
Throughout the training, participants will have the opportunity to acquire fundamental knowledge about:
- The role and responsibilities of the Store Operator;
- Customer service and experience;
- Merchandise organization and replenishment;
- Stock control and merchandising;
- Safety and good practices in the store;
- Behavioral skills and practical simulations in a real context.
