Talenter celebrates 27 years of activity in the Portuguese market, at a time marked by the diversification of its offerings, the strengthening of its leadership structure, and the expansion of its national presence.
Under the motto “27 Years of Changes and Evolution,” this date marks a journey of nearly three decades in the Human Resources sector and, simultaneously, a new phase in the company’s development.
Over the past year, Talenter has expanded its offerings to include Specialized Recruitment and Selection and strengthened its permanent hiring solutions, complementing its historically associated Temporary Work activity. This expansion allows the company to respond more comprehensively to the needs of organizations and professionals, keeping pace with the transformations in the job market.
The strengthening of the organization has accompanied this evolution. Talenter has integrated new Business Directors in the Logistics and Services Business Units and created a new Business Unit dedicated to the Agro-Food sector, accompanied by the entry of a new Business Manager responsible for this area.
Territorial expansion was another focus of the past year. The opening of a new branch in Portimão strengthened Talenter’s presence in the south of the country, with the return to the Azores also planned for the near future. This expansion aims to strengthen the company’s proximity to clients, candidates, and workers in different regions.
In 2026, Talenter also reinforced its presence in high-profile national projects. The company was the Official Human Resources Partner of Rock in Rio Lisboa 2026 and the Official Partner of the Summer Opening in Funchal, associating its Human Resources expertise with events that mobilize thousands of professionals.
27 Years of Growth and Transformation
The history of Talenter began with Lusotemp, initially linked to Civil Construction and later to Hospitality. In 2008, the company began operating under the Talenter brand, and in 2011, it expanded its activity from Temporary Work to Outsourcing.
Over the years, this journey of growth and diversification has also given rise to new business projects, including Knower, which was born in 2021.
More recently, already integrated into Wellow Network, the company has begun a new phase with its integration into the Constant Group, a process that has contributed to the growth of its business volume and the strengthening of its management team.
Despite the different phases and transformations that have marked these 27 years, Talenter maintains the principles that have guided its activity: a focus on people, customer orientation, service quality, and the ability to adapt to market changes.
