Training to boost employment in September
In September, Talenter reinforces its commitment to the qualification of professionals and the promotion of employability through the implementation of five Talenter Learning Academies, dedicated to different sectors of activity. Through practical and free training, Talenter aims to prepare new talents to meet the demands of an increasingly dynamic and demanding job market.
Five areas and various training opportunities
The Academies were created to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in strategic sectors for the economy, providing participants with a solid foundation of technical and behavioral knowledge essential to the performance of their respective functions.
Intended for candidates with no prior experience in the areas, these trainings are in-person/online and free, and take place throughout the month of September:
Hospitality Academy
- Housekeeping – September 2 and 16 – 4 PM – In-person in Carnaxide/Lisbon
- Waitstaff – September 3 and 17 – 1 PM – In-person in Carnaxide/Lisbon
Industry Academy
- Static Electricity – September 19 – 1 PM – Online
Logistics Academy
- Warehouse Management and Machine Operation – September 24 – 8 AM In-person in Carregado
- Warehouse Management and Machine Operation – September 25 – 8 AM In-person in Benavente
Services Academy
- Store Operator – September 29 to October 2 – 12 PM – In-person in Carnaxide
CCOP Academy
- Introductory Mason – Starting September 29 – 30 hours – Every Tuesday and Thursday In-person at Talenter Algés
