The CHALLENGE? We are recruiting an Production Operator for a food industry client located in Monte Redondo. The role involves supporting the production/packaging of frozen products. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Prepare and stock production lines with raw materials and packaging materials; Assist in the production of bakery and pastry products, following defined instructions and procedures; Place products on trays, conveyors, or production lines; WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and under pressure; Good interpersonal relationships and ease of communication; Availability for weekend schedules + 1 weekday: (05h to 17h - Saturday and Sunday + 1 weekday during the week) or; (17h to 05h - Saturday and Sunday + 1 weekday during the week). Punctuality, attendance, and proactivity; Minimum required schooling: 9th grade; Own transportation. WHAT WE OFFER?
