The CHALLENGE?

The Specialized Recruitment and Selection Department of Talenter is recruiting a Senior AI Solutions Engineer/Architect (M/F/D) to join a confidential and innovative project in the field of Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation, focusing on system architecture, platform integration, and the development of scalable solutions with high technological complexity.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Define the technical architecture of the solution, ensuring its robustness, scalability, and alignment with business requirements;
• Lead the integration of the platform with existing systems and applications within the organization;
• Implement and manage the cloud infrastructure necessary for the solution's operation;
• Develop and maintain communication and integration protocols between different platform components;
• Ensure interoperability between multiple communication channels, namely ticketing, chat, and email, and the AI modules;
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and availability of the technological infrastructure;
• Supervise the overall performance of the solution, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement;
• Coordinate integration with monitoring, observability, and operational control tools;
• Work in close collaboration with development, data, and business teams to ensure the continuous evolution of the platform.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field;
• Proven experience in defining enterprise system architectures and application integration;
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform);
• Experience in API development, integration protocols, and service-oriented architectures;
• Knowledge of application security, networks, authentication, and data protection;
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and system performance management tools;
• Ability to lead technical decisions in complex and multidisciplinary environments;
• High analytical capacity, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of English.
