The year 2025 kicked off with a strategic moment for Talenter: the Kickoff, where we defined, together, the path for a year of growth, innovation, and humanization. The meeting took place in Rome, headquarters of the Orienta, partner and member of the Eurotemps, the European consortium of Human Resources companies of which Talenter has been a part since 2019.
Over two intense days, the main departments of Talenter – CCOP, Hospitality, Industry, Services, Logistics, Marketing & Innovation, Human Resources, Payroll, and Billing – presented strategic plans with ambitious goals and concrete actions to make 2025 a year of great achievements. It will undoubtedly be one of the most challenging years in our history, but also an opportunity to consolidate our position in the market.
More than a strategic alignment, this Kickoff was a moment of sharing, reinforcement of our culture, and inspiration for the future we want to build together.
