With the approach of the high tourist season, Talenter is promoting an Open Day recruitment event in Madeira on the 26th of March, with over 30 job opportunities in the hotel sector, in partnership with the Leacock Madeira Group.
The initiative comes at a time when regional hospitality is strengthening teams to meet the increased tourist demand, seeking professionals for roles such as waitstaff, housekeeping, butlers, cooks, and receptionists.
The positions are for two reference units of the Leacock Madeira Group – Quinta da Casa Branca and Quinta Jardins do Lago – recognized for offering differentiated and high-quality experiences, contributing to the affirmation of Madeira as a premium tourist destination.
More than just a recruitment process, this Open Day serves as a concrete response to the sector’s needs, promoting local employability and strengthening the response capacity of hotel units during a critical time of the year.
