The acquisition adds approximately 12 million euros in revenue to Talenter, integrates 650 temporary workers, and strengthens competencies and presence in the Agrofood sector. With this operation, Talenter creates conditions to reach 100 million euros in revenue by 2026.
The Wellow Network acquired 100% of the capital of A Temporária, a Temporary Work company with a revenue of approximately 12 million euros and relevant activity in the Agrofood and Collective Catering sectors, among others. The operation is part of the growth and diversification strategy of the Wellow Network and represents a significant reinforcement of Talenter’s activity, a brand that concentrates the group’s Human Resources business. With the acquisition, Talenter increases its revenue by approximately 13% compared to 2025 and creates conditions to reach the milestone of 100 million euros in revenue in 2026.
Strategic Reinforcement in Agrofood
The acquisition is particularly relevant for Talenter’s recent focus on the Agrofood sector, where a specialized Business Unit was created to meet the specific needs of companies and professionals in this area.
The integration of A Temporária accelerates this strategy, adding clients, professionals, specialized knowledge, and on-the-ground presence. The operation integrates into Talenter an internal team of 10 professionals and approximately 650 temporary workers, serving a portfolio of about 60 clients, with projects primarily located in the Central and Northern regions of the country.
The delegation of A Temporária in Caldas da Rainha also becomes part of Talenter’s national network, which now has 17 delegations, distributed from north to south of the country, including Madeira and the Azores.
“This acquisition is particularly important for two reasons. First, it allows us to accelerate Talenter’s entry into the Agrofood sector, a strategic business area where we want to build a relevant position. Second, it adds competencies and scale, creating conditions for Talenter to reach 100 million euros in revenue this year and for the Wellow Network to reach 250 million euros in revenue by 2030,” says César Santos, CEO & President of the Wellow Network.
Growing Through Competencies and Scale
The acquisition of A Temporária continues the active M&A strategy of the Wellow Network, through which the group seeks to accelerate growth, gain scale, and incorporate competencies in areas considered strategic.
Following the acquisition of Grupo Constant Portugal, this is a new operation identified by the Wellow Network as an opportunity to complement and strengthen its businesses. “We look at many companies and buy few. We only proceed when we understand the business and when the team has a proven track record. That was the case with A Temporária. The position it holds today in Agrofood and the presence it has built in other sectors are the merit of its team. We buy to stay. The closing of the deal is the beginning of the work, not the end: what interests us is what we will build from here, combining this team and this knowledge with the scale of the group,” says Diogo Santos, Chief Investment Officer of the Wellow Network.
The integration of the team into the structure of the Wellow Network and Talenter will begin in September, in a progressive process of aligning operations and identifying synergies, ensuring the continuity of relationships with clients, workers, and partners.
A More Specialized Talenter
The operation occurs at a time of transformation for Talenter. With 27 years of activity, the company has been diversifying its sectoral presence and strengthening the specialization of its teams through Business Units dedicated to Services, Logistics, Hospitality, Industry, Civil Construction, and Agrofood.
In parallel, it has been expanding its value proposition beyond Temporary Work, through the reinforcement of Specialized Recruitment, aimed at qualified profiles and permanent employment opportunities, and Talenter Learning, dedicated to Professional Training and skill development.
With this acquisition, the Wellow Network continues its strategy of growth, diversification, and reinforcement of competencies, while Talenter gains scale in a strategic area and takes another step towards the ambition of reaching 100 million euros in revenue in 2026.
