Pedro Rosado is Business Director of the Innovation and Performance area and has been part of Talenter for 6 years.
Graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusófona, he is currently attending the Voice Leadership Initiative Training Program at Nova School of Business and Economics, reinforcing his preparation for the new challenges of leadership.
With 24 years of experience in the Human Resources sector, Pedro has been involved in the launch and expansion of new businesses in leading national companies, such as Egor, and multinational companies, such as the Vedior/Select Group and the Randstad Group. His career has been marked by strategic maturity, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to build human and lasting business relationships.
At Talenter, where he has already integrated the Commercial, Operational, and Human Resources departments, he now leads the recent Innovation and Performance department, in a phase of company transformation. His mission is focused on three strategic pillars: Customer Orientation, Performance, and Digitalization.
With an eye on the future, Pedro aims to contribute to greater agility, rigor, and professionalism in the services provided, supported by robust processes and state-of-the-art digital tools. The goal is clear: to increase the satisfaction of all stakeholders, internal and external, reinforcing the position of Talenter and Wellow as reference players in the sector.

Outside of work, Pedro, 51 years old, married, and father of 5 children, finds in his family and friends his greatest refuge. Passionate about the beach, travel, and sports, he divides his time between the sea and the land, having found in Padel his sport of choice in recent years.
