Dora Grilo is the Director of the Hospitality Business Area and has been part of Talenter for 10 years. Her academic journey began in the health field, but it was later, with a consolidated career, that she decided to return to her studies and complete a postgraduate degree in Business Management. Since then, she has never stopped investing in training and courses, always with the purpose of evolving and delivering her best to the company and the people.
Her professional life began in hospitality and health, two sectors that taught her early on the importance of caring for people and serving with quality. At Talenter, she found the perfect space to combine these two passions. She started as a manager in the hospitality area, grew in different roles, and today leads the entire Hospitality area, coordinating teams from north to south, including islands, and ensuring that hundreds of hotels and restaurants have prepared and dedicated professionals. In addition to operations, she focuses on strategic vision: retaining employees and clients, creating strong relationships, and driving the company’s growth.
With her eyes on the future, Dora wants to help position Talenter as a strategic partner in the hospitality industry in Portugal, believing in the power of training, proximity to the client, and the passion of the teams. More than managing a business, she seeks to leave a positive mark on both the organization and the lives of people.

Beyond the professional side, Dora is the mother of three boys, her greatest inspiration, and finds in her family, the sea, nature, and her home her safe haven. She lives with emotion, energy, and love, believing that life only makes sense when it is lived in harmony and with passion.
